Sunday 14 July: On The Road Again

Today we are on the traditional lands of the Yamatji people.

No more west, it’s northward for us.

Travelling along Indian Ocean Drive, we passed many national parks.

Cervantes is fishing and holiday village a couple of hundred kms from Perth - a good lunch stop.

We are overnighting at Geraldton, thinking we were coming to a dry environment, which it is not.

The Port of Geraldton is a major west coast seaport. Geraldton is an important service and logistics centre for regional mining, fishing, wheat, sheep and tourism industries.

This ship is not sinking. Gayle has taken a great photo.

  2. A lot warmer where you are. Chops seems happy. I wonder how he’ll adjust to home life . So many kms . Nothing much happening here. Tragically some tried to shoot Trump. and missed. Possible right wing takeover of the US. Otherwise all is uneventful. Thought you should know.
