Friday 2 August: We Sweep Into Broome
Today we are on the lands of the Yawuru people, the traditional owners of the lands and waters in and around Rubibi (the town of Broome).
We said goodbye to our friends at Sandfire Roadhouse and after a 320km drive we arrived in Broome around midday and took some time to set ourselves up for the next week.

REPLYCongratulations you have arrived in Broome. It’s a special part of the world. I see it’s a crescent moon so you may not be there for the full moon but you’ll feel the tides for sure. Enjoy
