Thursday 18 July: Raindrops Keep Falling On Our Heads
Monkey Mia turned it on today, as in taps. But dolphins, dugongs and pelicans are used to being wet so it didn’t really matter. The Aristocat 2 sails in all weathers, and it was Jeffrey’s turn to enjoy Shark Bay.

Gayle has been working on her Black Cormorant from Streaky Bay on the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia |
One of the nice things of our trip so far is chatting to people from all over the world. We have met travellers from Holland, Switzerland, and Milan Street in Mentone. Gayle was especially pleased to meet Joe from Kyabram who knew Peter, her cousin from Ky.
Tomorrow we head to Carnarvon with time to stock up on some fresh fruit and vegetables before Coral Bay on Saturday.

Bonjour! After a delay I can catch up with the latest travels. This leg looks fantastic, and appears to be living up to expectations! Photos are wonderful. Dugongs - wow!

ReplyDeleteI can’t top that. Is Chops narrating this latest.?
The trip is sounding really good, despite the rain.
